Replaced an air handler under my home. Did not connect the condensation drain properly and it clogged. They also knocked down a 12inch trunkline.. came back next day and replaced with 16inch . Called them numerous times. Refused to return my calls. Had to get another company to make repairs. I also filed a collateral damage claim with their insurance co( miles insurance agency). Took my claim over phone , never heard anything. Called 4 times and left msg for Mr. Miles. Never called back. Obviously do not recommend
