I have been using Lucid Software for a while now and I must say it's a fantastic tool. The interface is easy to navigate and the range of features is impressive. The collaboration aspect is particularly helpful for working on projects with others. In my opinion, Lucid Software is one of the best diagramming tools available in the market. Highly recommended!
