Went in to have 30 thousand mile checkup on my 2016 rav4 and was told it would be 90 minutes or less. Well it took 2 hours and 10 minutes I asked the service writer if they could take some off the bill he said 90 min. was not a guarantee so I asked why mention it then and got smart with me his name was Conner . I paid my bill and left I will be going to Maryville Toyota from now on.
