I've been a customer of Richard Lefaivre for a few years now and I must say that their products are decent. The quality is average and the customer support is satisfactory. However, I had a few issues with my orders in the past and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. Overall, I would say that Richard Lefaivre is an average company.
