I have to say this transportation company is so dy...

I have to say this transportation company is so dysfunctional and don't truly care for the patients, I have to say this because my mother waited 2 hours for them to pick her up and missed 2 appointments for her dialysis because they can not get their stuff together, this company is all about poor service. we will not be using this company again.
