Health craft is an average company. They provide decent products and services. I wouldn't say they are the best in the industry, but they get the job done. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is simple. However, I feel like they could improve in terms of customer service. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 rating.
