I recently visited a hematology & oncology specialist company located in Florida and found their services to be average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing detailed information about their medical specialties and treatments. The staff was friendly and professional, but the overall experience felt somewhat lacking. Despite scheduling my appointment in advance, I had to wait longer than expected in the waiting area. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered my questions, but the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. While the treatment options presented were satisfactory, I didn't receive much guidance on follow-up care or available support services. The company has potential, but improvements in patient care and communication are needed for a more satisfying experience.
