As a customer of First Aid Cellular LLC, I have to say that their service is average. Although their website, firstaidcellular.com, is user-friendly, I found their customer support to be lacking. The representatives were not knowledgeable and took a long time to resolve my issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
