A first I thought Firside was a great community. I started to feel extremely taken advantage of my Ben and Catie. when I tried to end my membership they made it very difficult and actually charged my card 2 more times for a full membership!!!!! and did not make it easy to get a refund. I was also charged for like $20 worth of taxes that I never got back because of their mistake. they took advantage of me and did not try to make up for their mistakes.
