As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with the National Inventors Hall of Fame has been average. The website, invent.org, provides a lot of information about the company and its initiatives. However, I feel that the user interface could be improved to make navigation easier. The content itself is informative and interesting, but sometimes it feels overwhelming due to the amount of text. Overall, I consider the company to be decent, but there's definitely room for improvement.
