I recently ordered products from their website and I found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the customer service response time was a bit slow. 😕 The quality of the products was satisfactory but not exceptional. I appreciate their effort in maintaining a user-friendly website, but I hope they can work on improving their shipping and customer service for a better experience.
