I recently used the services of "Namariq". Their website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their services. However, I found the customer service to be just okay. 🤷🏻‍♂️ There was some delay in response and the information provided was not always clear. On the positive side, their team was polite and tried to help as much as possible. The overall experience was average. I think there is room for improvement in communication and response time. If they work on this, I believe they could provide a better customer experience.
