I recently purchased a power drill from Direct Tools Factory Outlet and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the prices were fairly reasonable compared to other retailers in the area. On the other hand, the customer service was a bit lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to help me find the right drill for my needs. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more.
