Pitiful, dropped off on Thursday, checked in on Friday for an update. Service advisor never called back I had to initiate all correspondence. Called Saturday morning to check, nothing had been done! Ended up picking the car up and taking it somewhere else. This all for an oil change, tire rotation and a check engine light
