Box Leisure is an average company. Their website, redboxleisure.co.uk, looks good and is easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable about their own products. The delivery of my order was also delayed, causing some inconvenience.
