I have been a member of Ladies Fitness Plus Sunrise, LLC for the past three years and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. The facilities are top-notch and the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I have achieved my fitness goals and more thanks to the support and guidance I have received here. The classes are varied and challenging, keeping me motivated and engaged. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a supportive community.
