I have rented twice from them so far and I am extremely pleased with their services . First time I had a VW golf with less than 5.000 km and second time a VW Passat with 900 km . Even though the second car had an empty tank , I still gave them 5 stars as they gave me a VW Passat instead of Ford Focus and I got a better car free of charge and they will also give me a voucher for next time as I dropped the car with the tank half full. Definetely recommend them!
