I don't purchase from dealerships a lot due to the horrible experiences I've encountered in the past. this time however, Nick Zahra (sales manager) and Paul Turk (sales) did a excellent job in reversing that through good customer service. since much of the haggling was already done, when I arrived at the dealership, there was only paperwork left to complete. Within a couple hours I was driving a brand new car off their lot with certainty in value, quality and great customer service in mind. I highly recommend nick and paul to anyone out there who is looking to purchase a new VW now or in the near future.
