I have been a customer of The Parks Alliance for several years now and I must say their services are average. The website is user-friendly and informative, but the overall experience could be improved. The response time to queries is quite slow and there have been a few occasions where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, their commitment to preserving and improving our parks is commendable.
