I am a customer of Multifreight limited and I have been using their services for a while now. I must say, their service is average. I haven't had any major issues with them, but there are definitely areas for improvement. The website is easy to use and navigate, but there have been a few instances where I had trouble finding the information I needed. The customer support is responsive, but not always helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
