I had an average experience with Ipcan distribuidora. The website ipcan.com.br was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time to resolve an issue. Overall, I would consider using Ipcan distribuidora again, but I hope their customer service improves.
