Had an appointment scheduled between 12pm - 5pm an...

Had an appointment scheduled between 12pm - 5pm and made myself available ALL afternoon, just to be notified at 5:30pm that the technician was running late. Apparently Blue Dot's callers are running behind schedule too...

Don't waste your time with this company, and find a true service professional elsewhere. Apparently Blue Dot can't even keep the appointments they have on the books.
