I recently tried some coffee from a local roaster and I must say, I was impressed. The taste was rich and flavorful, and it gave me the perfect kick to start my day. The best part is, it wasn't from one of those big chains but a smaller, independent roaster. It just goes to show that you don't always need a big name to get great coffee.
