My experience was very pleasant. Getting me into my Traverse was a very long process. But Dave Barlow was very helpful and taking the time to reply to all of my multiple emails that we sent back and forth. And even while he was on vacation he was still very helpful. He had a lot of patience for us while we were waiting for our decision. But he found what I needed and wanted and I am a very satisfied customer.
