They keep telling me i will be thrilled and they will exceed my expectations, but we're just passed the half-way point and im wondering how they are so successful because they are disorganized and two design features (one of them a BIG deal to us) were left out of the contract they put together so we're not getting them unless we pay them to re-do expensive work. Im one ticked customer. THEY ARE EITHER SHADY OR INEPT. Im not sure which, and maybe both. BE CAREFUL.
