I recently purchased some holographic items from a company and I must say I am satisfied with the product. The holographic effect is really cool and adds a unique touch to my projects. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I had to chase them for updates. Overall, the product is good but the customer service could be improved.
