Hi. Back online again as I wish to update my review for Nickie Xiao. I have a background many years ago in RE - both commercial and residential - so I'm hard to impress when it comes to service in RE: either as a tenant or landlord. Fast forward to 2020 and I am a Clinician working in a hospital in the current COVID pandemic. V V V stressful times. An issue with damage to my personal property came up in the complex where I currently lease - Nickie (as my managing agent) did not have to or need to assist me, but I cannot rate highly enough someone who choose to support and assist me in this difficult time. Nickie's professional and inter-personal communication skills in managing all parties concerned and helping move towards resolution impressed me greatly. When I buy in the local ACT market - there is no doubt in my mind who I would want to manage and look after my property. I know "quality service" is what both I and my tenants can expect and will receive. It is a relief to meet someone in this industry who is trustworthy, ethical, caring and ( I know) will always do the right thing by everyone concerned.
