My previous experience was certainly a disaster and I was not going to consider independent ever again! The previous place we had with them was not looked after well with no contact or follow up we later found out the place was emptied for a while. Things turned around when I got contacted by James from Independent. Initially I was going to hang up the phone when I know it was them, again.

However the conversation I had with James made me feel like a valuable customer again. So we decided to set up a meeting afterwards addressing the issues that happened previously and getting it sorted. On multiple occasions, James has been professional, responsive and attentive to details.

Previous experience may not be the best and this time James truly turned it around. Now we have another place looked after through James is all settled.
