I have been using Shortstafapp for a while now and I must say, the experience has been average. The website is user-friendly, but there are a few improvements that can be made. The booking process can be a bit confusing at times, and the communication with the staff could be better. Overall, it's a decent service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
