I recently used Usa Microgrids for an installation and overall, I had an average experience. The process was smooth and the technicians were professional, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. The customer service was average as well, it took a bit longer than expected to get a response. Overall, Usa Microgrids gets the job done, but there is room for improvement.
