I have been using REALITY CHECK RETURN-RECORD for two years now and I must say it has been an average experience. The service provided by the company is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, but sometimes their response time is a bit slow. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
