I joined this sorority looking to connect with like-minded women and I have found so much more. The sisterhood within Iota Phi Lambda is incredible; these women have become my family. The support and encouragement I have received from my fellow sisters has been uplifting. I am grateful for the friendships I have made and the opportunities for personal growth that this organization has provided.
