The Transit Employees Health Plan is just average. Their website (tehw.org) is decent, though it could be more user-friendly. The coverage is satisfactory, but there's definitely room for improvement. The customer service is responsive, but it can take a while to get a resolution. It's an okay option for transit employees, but there are better alternatives out there.
