Isa vansa insurance services is an average company. They provide decent insurance coverage, but their customer service could definitely be improved. I had to wait on hold for a long time when I called to file a claim, and it took them a while to process my claim as well. Overall, not a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
