I recently availed the services of a company and I have mixed feelings about it. It's difficult to rate them as there were both positives and negatives about their services. Despite some shortcomings, their overall performance was good. They have a user-friendly website which is a big advantage. However, I believe there is still room for improvement. Hands up not handouts could be a great company if they work on a few areas.
