I recently started taking self-defense classes at selfdefense-academy.nl and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and they create a positive and supportive learning environment. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. The techniques taught are practical and effective, and I feel more confident in my ability to defend myself. I highly recommend Self Defense Academy to anyone interested in learning self-defense!
