Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, the AGDOM service in Warsaw presents a level of incompetence which passes human concept. I gave away an Ergorapido vacuum cleaner 2 weeks ago, in which the battery fell a second time in a year. After these two weeks, I learned that nothing was done, because the website has no proof of purchase, because the lady to whom I sent such proof (electronic invoice) went to the dismissal. A complete bottom, both in terms of product quality and service.
I will add that after these two weeks I found out because I called myself to ask about the vacuum cleaner. Nobody deigned to contact the "site".
