I have ordered ALL of the back issues until they started up again. Then I started a subscription and ordered the first and second issue of the new start up. Nobody responses to emails unless you persist and only nastily tell you they are working on it and if you can't wait then cancel. No courtesy emails on status, just if you can't wait, then cancel. It has been 7 weeks as of now and still nothing. Took my money fast enough though.
