I had a mixed experience with Roma espresso systems. The espresso machine itself is great and makes delicious coffee. However, I had some issues with the delivery process. The package arrived a bit late, and the customer service wasn't very helpful in resolving the issue. Nevertheless, I'm still happy with the product itself.
