IM=X Pilates and Fitness is an amazing company. Their instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going to their classes for several months now and I have seen great results. The workouts are challenging, but fun. I highly recommend IM=X Pilates and Fitness to anyone looking to get in shape!
