I had a mixed experience with Qhiwi.com. There were some aspects that I really liked, such as their website pro.qhiwi.com, which is very well-designed and easy to use. However, the customer service wasn't up to the mark. They took a long time to respond to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, it's an okay company, but they could definitely improve their customer service.
