Our stay at Big Bear Family Resort exceeded all expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy both the beauty of the lake and the nearby hiking trails. The resort's facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!
