I had a mixed experience with Otsuka Medical Devices. While their website was easy to navigate and the product information was helpful, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very satisfactory. However, the product itself was of good quality and has been working well for me.
