Spend +-30mins on my phone doing an upgrade on 2 of my contracts. I was suppose to receive 2 new phones, only one phone got delivered and they upgraded the wrong number with the wrong package. Have tried to call back about 4 times now & after holding on for 10mins each time no one is picking up the phone. Very poor service
