Delivery damaged my new couch, but then wanted to blame the warehouse. They then wanted to arrange the repair team to come fix it. I refused saying that I'm not going to have my new couch repaired. I was then assured it would be replaced. They wouldn't take the time to resolve the issue right then by getting a supervisor on the phone to tell me the availability of a new couch and expected delivery. Instead they rushed out, saying they notified their manager. They said I should call my sales agent for them to assist in arranging re-delivery. My sales agent wasn't in. Whoever answered the phone then refused to put me in touch with a manger, saying that I should go through customer service. Customer service said they aren't who I need to talk to and put me on hold in the middle of me talking. They then came back on and said they were connecting me to the delivery manager. The delivery manager did not answer the phone and hasn't called me back hours later. What horrible delivery service (and with a charge of $150), and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Sales agent Don said their excellent service and quality was the reason to buy from them instead of competitors. Mistakes happen, but this was handled very badly on so many levels.
