This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. First, they send a guy to the house, he takes my fireplace apart and tells me it needs a part. This was after calling numerous times to get someone to come out. They tell me they will call me on Monday and no one ever calls. Again, I have to call them and find out what's going on with getting the part. They tell me someone will be out on Friday and no one ever shows up. The guy comes out on Sat. and brings a part that doesn't fit and rigs up something to get it to work. Then they tell me it needs another part and the guy leaves with my fireplace in pieces, with screws laying all over the place. I call the owner Wayne on Monday and he literally hangs up on me and tells me he can't help me. Don't use this company, you will be disappointed! I have never been treated so awful and a business owner actually hangs up on his customer because he doesn't have guys qualified to do the job?
