(DPS) Was not told who I was going to meet with, and when they failed to pick me up from the waiting room, they said it was my fault. I had to pay in full for the hour, even though they had wasted half my hour. The woman I talked to was condescending and eerie, and it was not until I cried that she started talking to me as if she actually cared, this happened in all my hours with her.
