I recently purchased a product from this company and I must say, it's been a disappointment. The product itself is of poor quality and doesn't work as expected. The customer service was also lacking, as they took a long time to respond to my inquiries and weren't very helpful. I would not recommend Jvckenwood usa corp. based on my experience.
