I have been a customer of American Residential Warranty for over a year now and I must say, their service has been average at best. The repairs they've conducted were done with decent quality, but nothing exceptional. I expected more from a company that claims to provide excellent service. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
