This company helped me plan and organize my wedding in Bali, and overall, it was an average experience. The website was informative, but I found the navigation slightly confusing with unnecessary pop-ups. The booking process was straightforward, and the team was responsive to my inquiries. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited customization options for the wedding packages. The venue chosen was beautiful, but the decor could have been more creative. The on-site staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few minor hiccups during the ceremony that could have been avoided. The photography service provided was average, with some shots that turned out great but others that were blurry.
